Masterclass Participants' Recital
Sholto Kynoch

Once again, we welcome Sholto Kynoch, director of the Oxford International Song Festival, who will lead these masterclasses in Lied, song, and mélodie during his visit to Barcelona for a recital with mezzo-soprano Helen Charlston. Kynoch is the founder and director of Oxford Song (formerly Oxford Lieder), a festival that has built a national and international reputation over its twenty years of existence. It promotes Lied and song through more than fifty annual recitals and develops the next generation of artists through its young artist programme, in addition to promoting singing in local primary schools and encouraging new compositions.
