Nancy Fabiola Herrera Masterclass Participants Recital

Mezzo-soprano Nancy Fabiola Herrera, a member of the Foundation's artistic board, leads these masterclasses on Catalan song, Spanish song, and Zarzuela at the Byron Bookshop as part of the Festival. This course will have previously been held at the Escuela Superior de Canto de Madrid and the Juilliard School in New York as part of the school's Victoria de los Ángeles Legacy program, supported by the Foundation. In an effort to reclaim its own heritage, the Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation promotes these masterclasses in New York, Barcelona, and Madrid to share this repertoire—so often performed and cherished by Victoria herself—with new generations of artists.
