Malcolm Martineau, piano
He is one of the most renowned pianists of the moment and has collaborated with some of the most prominent names in the operatic scene such as Bryn Terfel, Susan Graham, Thomas Hampson, Dame Janet Baker, Magdalena Kožená, Angelika Kirchschlager and Simon Keenlyside, among many others. Martineau has performed in the world's leading concert halls, such as Wigmore Hall, Carnegie Hall and Vienna's Musikverein, among others, and has participated in festivals such as Salzburg, Edinburgh and Aix-en-Provence. He made his debut at LIFE Victoria in 2018 and has returned in every edition to date.
Course rules
To be eligible to take part in the masterclasses, duos must send the following materials to info@victoriadelosangeles.org up to one month before the masterclasses .
- Send in mp3 or Youtube format 2 pieces of different styles. They must be Lieder, mélodies or songs.
- Send biography and contact details of the candidates.
- Scanned photocopy of the DNI.
- List of the repertoire prepared for the course.
- A fee of €40 as registration fees, which will be deducted from the final price.
- Limited places. A maximum of 6 duos will be admitted.

- The registration fee will be paid via bank transfer before the start of classes to the account of the aforementioned Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation.
