Prof. Nancy Fabiola Herrera, mezzosoprano

Our own heritage

To mark the centenary of Victoria de los Ángeles, the Foundation has launched this collaboration with the prestigious Juilliard School in New York, consisting of these masterclasses in Catalan song, Spanish song, and zarzuela, which will also be held in Barcelona and Madrid. Within the Victoria de los Ángeles Legacy line, we are committed to reclaiming our heritage through this repertoire, which deserves the same prominence as Lied or mélodie. Mezzosoprano Nancy Fabiola Herrera, a Juilliard alumna and regular at the Metropolitan Opera, offers these masterclasses for duos, which will also be taught in Barcelona in May.
